NJ Election Results By County: Election results in New Jersey has been pretty disappointing for the Democrats, like Republicans emerged victorious. Republican candidate for New Jersey, Chris Christie has won the election by defeating the veteran politician and Governor Jon Corzine. It was a great loss for Democrats, since it has never lost the elections in this state since 1997.

President Barack Obama should be disappointed with the results as she had attended several of the campaigns for the Democratic nominee in New Jersey. Attended two meetings on Sunday for Mr. Corzine. It has come to the news that David Plouffe, campaign manager of former President, had warned him not to have expectations too much of this election.
Local issues had been said that the main aspects of elections in New Jersey. Analysts say the Democrats, winning elections in key states may get some mental strength by mid-2010 elections.
Democratic Gov. Jon Corzine, who was the Democratic candidate for the elections, has made several bitter statements against the Republican candidate. The question that the candidate had any relations with George W. Bush, former President of the country. In their campaigns, which also raised issues such as weight of the candidates, their views on the system of health care and abortion. Chris Christie won, even after these immense efforts made by the Democrats.
According to sources, the Democrats also lost the election in Virginia. These two are counted as the most important elections in the country, having previously been a solid base for Democrats. The results of the elections is waiting for others.
