From the jewellery to the hairdo, Shilpa looked similar to Ash in all respects. While it was designer Neeta Lulla for Aishwarya on her D-Day, Shilpa Shetty zeroed in on her good friend Tarun Tahiliani. Ash adorned with Kundan jewellery had worn a golden saree on her wedding day. Shilpa too sported Kundan jewellery to go with her bright red saree. Similarities or no similarities, both the brides looked their best.

Mariah Carey records Christmas song with mom

Mariah Carey has revealed that she is recording a Christmas song with her mother.

The ‘Hero’ hitmaker is excited about teaming up with her mom who is a former opera singer.

“I”m going to record another Christmas song, with my mother. I”m going to sing in my style, and she is going to sing operatic, which is her style,” the Daily Express quoted her as telling gossip columnist Liz Smith.

In 1994, Carey’s single ‘All I Want for Christmas Is You’ was a big hit in the festive season.

Pregnant Padma Lakshmi donates designer clothes to charity

Pregnant Padma Lakshmi has donated many of her designer pre-baby clothes to charity.

The Indian American cookbook author and former model has given away a stack of her clothes, which included Stella McCartney blouses and Roland Mouret dresses, reports The New York Post.

Lakshmi’s clothes were up for grabs at Kiki de Montparnasse in SoHo, where Hollywood-based consignment shop Decades Two was running a pop-up store for charity over the weekend.

Other A-listers who were spotted at the event included Ali Sheedy, Rachel Zoe and Sienna Miller were spotted.
