latest news about, Marjorie Orbin, Jay Orbin : The murder trial of a former Las Vegas stripper will continue outside of Phoenix after all. Marjorie Orbin is accused of first-degree murder, fraud and theft in the death of her husband, a 45-year-old art dealer.

Orbin allegedly killed her husband and cut him up in pieces with an electric jigsaw. She then apparently disposed of his body in the Arizona desert. Only a piece of Mr. Orbin;s torso and part of one rib was ever found.

Marjorie Orbin’s prosecution has been hindered by a series of legal snafus and blunders by Maricopa County authorities.

Meleanie Hain: 31-year-old Meleanie Hain and her 33-year-old husband Scott Hain were found dead at a Lebanon house Wednesday night. Meleanie Hain was a media craze in 2008 for carrying her Glock-26 handgun openly while on her 5-year-old daughter’s soccer game. Police considers it a murder-suicide case.
At their Lebanon home in a small city of Philadelphia (80 miles west), Meleanie Hain and her husband Scott Hain, were killed with gun shots whereas their three children, who were also present on the occasion, remained safe. Apparently it appears to be a typical personal dispute over marital-problems. Police however believe, it’s a murder-suicide considering the post incident circumstances and subsequent statements of the neighbors. The children were reported to be with family friends and relatives till last news.

Meleanie Hain (aka Melanie Hain) must be well known to many already as in an incident in the year 2008; she caught the media attention quite effortlessly. Only one particular photograph made her recognized overnight wherein Meleanie was standing tall (may be near the dugout of her daughter’s team) with a Glock-26 (9×19 cartridge) handgun, also referred to as the “Baby Glock,” on September 11, 2008. Local county sheriff Michael DeLeo cancelled her permit later.

Upon initial investigations it revealed that the couple hand gone poles-apart during the last week or so and as per Mark Long a close neighbor, Meleanie was completely unaware when Scott Hain left the house on Tuesday. However, next day he was seen around again but the same night both husband and wife were reported dead.

Lebanon City police confirmed to CBS 21 News that they have found the bodies of Meleanie and Scott Hain inside their home at S. Second Avenue and investigation into the couple’s death were ongoing. It’s expected that the autopsy results would further curtail some in-depth information about the sad incident.

Katherine said that they arrived at the name Naleigh, because it is a combination of her mother’s name, Nancy and her sister, Margaret Leigh’s names.

Naleigh is a special needs child, which Katherine said actually sped up the adoption process for them. When speaking of her daughter, Katherine said, “She was actually born the day before me in November, which I thought was really serendipitous and just kind of like a sign.”

Thus now I’m in my eleventh year here, twelfth year of being wrongly convicted. I received a 40 year sentence for a crime that I was never a part of, did not conspire to, nor want in any way shape or form. Yes, my husband was divorcing me after 15 years. No, I was not unhappy nor fighting it. With the household equally split-the dining room floor to ceiling, my husband beats me up April 2nd upon arriving in town. I decide to report it to the sheriff (It is Saturday, my divorce attorney is not in). While recording it, my thirteen year old comes over to let me know that daddy is on his way to the store. Since I owned Mrs B’s silk Screen , Ruben, my husband was to be on the property (due to a lot of BS done by him and his divorce attorney)without me present. The sheriff comes with me, they talk to Ruben, then they advise me not to return to our home that night. “Give him some time to cool off. ”

Thus from this my husband is found shot in the basement of our rural Jefferson home at 3:45 am. With no DNA taken, no GSR testing on my son(16, the only person in our home), they concluded that I had done this. Upon locating me in Wautoma “noon” April 3rd, the next day the newspaper reported “Husband found shot in rural Jefferson , it looks like a murder for hire by wife. ”

Please, no one will help me as I have no money. I was declared dead in civil court, thus disinheriting everything.
