She will have to swear to tell the truth for at a two-hour hearing. It is interesting that this court sitting will be connected with the recent incident with drugs. At that time the star refused to testify against herself in that case but now she will be answered the like questions again.
Ed McPherson, Lindsay’s attorney, said to E! News that despite the fact that the questions which will be asked may turn out to be improper, in his view, he and his star client are going to take part in that deposition just as Judge Stone ordered. Of course, the actress will be honestly responding to all their questions, according to the lawyer. He feels so relieved that the hearing will last for two hours only as the judge decided.
Lindsay Lohan was charged with intentional emotional distress infliction, negligence and assault in relation to Tracie Rice. This woman is the mother of the star’s former assistant. It was him who was the driver of the car that Lohan was chasing in 2007. After that she was arrested for the first time for DUI.

Tori Spelling gives her interview to Out Magazine in which she declares that not so long ago she participated in a reading held by John Edward, medium, during which the actress, famous for her star role in “Charlie’s Angels,” contacted her.
According to the 37-year-old actress, it was rather surreal for her. She wanted to have a conversation with her dad who was her best friend and who passed away quite long ago. However, Farrah Fawcett came out of the blue.
A lot of people wouldn’t believe such a connection between the stars, but it is not a secret that Tori Spelling knew Farrah Fawcett pretty well for a long time. Aaron Spelling, “Charlie’s Angels” producer, strengthened their relation. Furthermore, in 2006 Farrah was invited to “So NoTorious,” VH1 former show, hosted by Tori.

Right now Spelling is worried what she has to do with the received information and why she was chosen by Fawcett.

Despite the fact that it was their father’s, Michael Jackson’s, first death anniversary, his three grieving children were taken by Katherine, their grandmother, to Hawaii. There they were supposed to have some fun on that sad day.
Paparazzi noticed Blanket, 8, Paris, 12, Prince, 13 with their granny, friends and a security team during their small trip to Maui.
According to the latest reports, Paris was more depressed than her two siblings concerning the loss of her beloved father. Even this time, in the pictures made by reporters, she was swimming in a swimming pool with a serious facial expression.
According to some sources, Paris’ grief was so big that she couldn’t imagine how she was going to live further. But thanks to loving Katherine, who supported her granddaughter a lot, the girl started to feel much better.
On the contrary, Paris’ brothers were spending their time playing and smiling all the time. They were simply enjoying their pleasant getaway.
That source added that everybody in Jackson’s was in grief and this fact united them all and made them much stronger. That feeling of belonging and sharing the same emotions helped the children overcome their depression.
Michael Jackson Fans Pay Tribute to The Billion Dollar Man

SYDNEY : Michael Jackson fans around the world lit candles on Friday to mark the death one year ago of the controversial pop star whose posthumous popularity has returned him to a pedestal and made him a billion dollar man.

Fans in Hanoi, Vietnam, held a night of performances of Jackson’s songs while 50 Japanese admirers one for each year of his life were picked from 10,000 people to spend a night at Tokyo Tower among the singer’s possessions in the Neverland Collection, the only official Michael Jackson exhibition.
“The idea may sound a bit odd to Western cultures, but in Japan the tradition of being with the remains and possessions of passed loved ones on the anniversary of their passing is an important ritual,” said Hiroyuki Takamura of the Tokyo Tower.
Jackson’s sudden death at age 50 on June 25 last year in Los Angeles sparked an outpouring of grief internationally for the former child star, who was rehearsing for a series of concerts aimed at reviving a career shattered by bizarre events as an adult and acquittal on charges of molesting a 13-year-old boy.
One year on, Jackson is again idolised and his debts a burden of the past.
Hollywood trade paper Billboard estimated Jackson’s earnings in the past year have hit $1 billion, including album sales generating about $383 million and revenue from the film “This Is It” hitting nearly $400 million.
But in death as in life, controversy continues to plague the star with his personal doctor awaiting trial on a criminal charge of causing his death by giving him a powerful anaesthetic as a sleep aid and his sister LaToya claiming he was murdered for his back catalogue.

Two days before the one-year anniversary of Michael Jackson’s death, Madame Tussauds in New York placed Jackson’s wax figure and the original plaster cast of his hand in the attraction’s lobby.

A make-up artist retouched the Jackson statue’s hair and face so that the self styled King of Pop would be camera ready. Fans lined up to take photos with the Jackson likeness and placed roses at his feet.
Priscilla Lucas from Chicago said seeing Jackson’s figure left her with “mixed feelings.” Lucas’ first date was to a Jackson concert and leading up to the singer’s death, she said she hasn’t missed one in her home town.
Ruth Rodriguez was visiting Madame Tussauds with her husband and said seeing Jackson’s likeness highlighted was a nice surprise.
Italian tourist Sinzia Massimi posed for pictures hugging the Jackson statue. Afterwards she said the singer had special significance for her as a dancer. “I cry, I very cry for Michael,” Massimi told.
From Shanghai to Washington D.C. nine Madame Tussauds attractions will pay tribute to Jackson, whose untimely passing June 25 of last year shocked fans around the world.
Each attraction will create its own tribute exhibit. Madame Tussauds New York’s exhibit will be free to the public, so that New Yorkers and Times Square tourists and passerby’s alike will have a chance to be close to the “King of Pop” once again.
The tribute exhibit, which will also include a variety of classic MJ photos and his original hand cast from a 1986 sitting for the museum, will be on display until July 7th.

Michael Jackson Death Date: latest news about Michael Jackson Death Date updates 25/06/2010 Friday , This seems to be one of the hottest trends right now on Google. However, the phrase has nothing to due with the death date. Tomorrow will
mark the first death anniversary of Michael Jackson.

On June 25, 2009 The King Of Pop suffered a cardiac arrest, and was pronounced dead at the hospital. Michael was only 50 years old at the time of his passing. His life was taken away way too early.
Fans all over the world will be mourning this pop star by lighting candles, listening to their favorite MJ song, or watching tributes.
Now that Jackson is dead, fans to this day are still searching online for some crazy questions such as, Where did Michael die? How did Michael die? And unfortunately there are some unfaithful fans out there who insist on bringing up when Jackson was charged with child abduction and child molestation.
Come on, the man has been gone one year now, let him rest in peace. Remember Michael in a positive way. The energy of his music will go on, and fans will hold on to their sweet memories and recycle them over and over again. This is the effect Jackson had on many.
Even though The King Of Pop is gone, there are still many pieces of the puzzle missing for his cause of death. Sources are reporting drugs are what killed him, but like I mentioned in an article earlier this week, I still say Lupus had a lot to do with his death.
Michael’s death shocked the entire world. Fans even in Tokyo will even mark the first anniversary by having a slumber party. 50 fans will have the chance to sleep and hang out with some of Michael’s prize possessions that were close to his heart such as studded gloves, costumes, and autographs I assume.
