Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority: YAMUNA Expressway Authority had recently come out with plots ranging from 1000 to 4000 square meters residential lots near the Night Safari, University, tennis, Formula 1 races in the Yamuna at Agra Highway.

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority had introduced residential parcels to be developed along the Yamuna Expressway Noida to Agra with many diverse projects in consturction. Also in very close proximity to the motorway Peripherals East.

The Authority introduces 1000 m², 4,000 m² plot of 2000m ² and residential sector 20 in 1000 the area heactare. The plots are available in stalements over eight years and the rate of the Authority is Rs 4750 / – per square meter. The sector 20 is located only 17 km from Pari Chowk, Greater Noida.

Yamuna Highway Highway will be operational in 2010 and is believed to be a value for money investment.
